ID Vault password reset



Ensure the user is in the ID Vault
Select the user is on the Downstate address book
Click on ID Vaults tab, located on right-hand side, select "Reset Password...."
"In Person" means the admin will choose the password, either randomly or manually
"Email" means the admin will choose a destination to send a random generated password

The user will log in using the given admin password
The client will prompt user to change the password
User cannot use any past 50 passwords
