iNotes (Domino Web Access)

iNotes works with Internet Explorer 7 or later, and the Mozilla 3.0.x (Firefox) browser, Chrome and Safari.

iNotes works best in a screen resolution of 1024X768 pixels. However, 800X600 pixels is adequate. To make the text larger or smaller, adjust your browser. To print Calendar entries, you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader, Version 4.0 or later.

The first time you use iNotes, you are asked to download the iNotes Control from IBM Corporation. This control is necessary for iNotes to function properly. Check "Always Remember....", then click yes.

You have to allow pop-up for the mail servers. The pop up blocker is enabled by default on computers. It will also be enabled when you install Yahoo or MSN tool bars or software from your Internet service providers. The following shows an example on how to set up the pop-up blocker on Windows XP with service pack 2 installed.

Click on Tools, select "Pop-up Blocker" and click on "Pop-up Blocker Settings".

Type the each server name as shown below and click "Add". If you know your server name, you can only add that server instead of all three. Close this window.

If you have modified the security in the web browser or you are experiencing difficulties to access your email, you might want to check the following settings:

From the browser toolbar, select Tools - Internet Options

Click on Privacy tab and "Advanced" button in the middle of the page. Make sure "Override automatic cookie handling" is unchecked as shown below and click OK to close the window.
