Add sender's to white list in Spam Quarantine

Although Cisco's email security is pretty accurate in distinguishing spam, false positives do occur. When this happens, you can add the sender to your personal white list in Cisco's email security. Any subsequent emails from this sender will not be scanned for spam anymore.

From Notes client:

After receiving the Downstate Spam quarantine notification...



Click on the Release button in front of the message which you wish to release into your Inbox.



If you wish to continue receiving messages from the sender, click on "Add Sender to Safelist".



If you click on the "View All Quarantined Messages", it will list the last 14 days worth of messages that were marked as Spam.
