Editing & Saving a Replied Message

Question 1:
Many people reply to a message without deleting the original attmt (where the original attachment is large and NOT an integral part of the reply message- thus quickly filling up your mailbox).
There is a way to move the reply message to a folder without its attachment(s)

Answer 1:
Double-click within the message, in order to initiate the editing. Double-click on the attachment, and the box that pops up gives you the option to View, Open, Save or Delete; select Delete, it will prompt that this action cannot be undone; click Yes. Then you can click Save and File which is a viewable option made located above.


Question 2:
Changing a subject before filing to a folder. Many people use an old message to reply as a means to address a new e-message without changing the original subject- thus the subject is inaccurate.

Answer 2:
Double-click within the message, in order to initiate the editing. Then edit what you would like
